7. Get Milk without Fat ingredients minimum 8 to 10 oz.
If you want low diet plan then follow the following table for good response:
1. Get one ground of beef hamburger
2. Don't forget to take 2 Buns of hamburger
3. Iceberg
4. Candy Bar
5. Regular Soda
6. American Cheese
