Samir Bannout was born on November 7,1955 in Lebanon.He is known as The Lion of Lebanon.He is one of the Legend living bodybuilder of Lebanon.He introduced Lebanon by winning the title of Mr.Olympia in 1983 and other titles.He is one of the six mens who held most prestigious since the Contest of bodybuilding introuced in 1965.He was featured in many Bodybuilding and Fitness Magazines.The magazines are Strength & Health,Musclemag International,Muscle Digest,Flex,Muscle training Illustrated,Muscle & Fitness,Muscle up,Iron man and Muscular Development Magazines.You can get more information from his official website giving above.
