1. Cheating Barbell Curl- 5 Sets and 12-15 Reps
2. Incline Dumbbell Curl- 4 Sets and 12-15 Reps
3. One-Arm Concentration Curl-4 Sets and 20 reps
4.Standing Alternate Dumbbell Curl- 3 Sets and 20 Reps
Note: Cheating in the case means using momentum to get the bar to the top position when necessary, then lowering it under control.
