If you want to look Huge Muscular or if you want to look Lean Muscles or Fitness Models, You should have follow the following 5 tips that I am going to mention.

1. Before you go the gym , you must have a good diet plan.Visit to a Certified Fitness Trainer and get some good diet plan from him/her.
2. Rest is every thing.Don't forget to give rest to your Body because when you sleep your body gets energy.
3. Find a Gym partner.When you will work in group, you will grow fast. And helping in sets by your friend is very good for you.
4. During Set when you get tired tell your partner to help  you in reps.
5. There should be 30 to 45 sec rest in each set.
6. Dont' stop working out untill you get in Sweat.
7. Train Hard as much as you can.
8. Eat clean.Concentrate what are you eating.
9. Don't miss the Protien Shake.
10. Go to gym 6 days in a Weak for good results.
