Curtis Bryant was born on 1976 in Richmond,Virginia.Currently he is living in the same place.He is an IFBB Professional Bodybuilder.Curtis Bryant was fond of Bodybuilding from childhood.He is the youngest in his family.He was really thin in his childhood therefore his friends and family relatives used to tease him.At the age of 14 he started bodybuilding and lifting weight.Now he can easily control 300 lbs bench press.He always train heavy for better size.He really concentrate on his diet.His diet is really clean.His personal habits are so good.Curtis Bryant favorite supplements are Iron Tek,Micell Edge Protien,Prolab N Large and Met RX RTD.
