Frank Zane was born on 28 June, 1942 in Kingston, Pennsylvania, United States. His height is 5'9 inches. His off-season weight is 92 KG and in Contest Season he weighs 84 KG.He started his professional Bodybuilding career in 1961 by winning the title of MR. Pennsylvania.

Frank Zane is a three-time Mr. Olympia . Zane abs and vacuum pose were very famous in the history of Bodybuilding. He remained at 5'9" and had a self-proclaimed rivalry weight of 198 pounds when he won Mr Olympia. Frank Zane is one of just three, who have beaten Arnold Schwarzenegger in a weight lifting challenge (1968 Mr. Universe in Miami, FL). he won Mr America,Universe,World and Mr Olympia all through his renowned vocation. 

In 1985, Frank and his wife Christine claimed and worked Zane Haven in Palm Springs, CA where they directed one-on-one sessions with customers who wished to have a symmetrical constitution.
