2. If you want to build six pack abs in short time then you should have a great grip on your diet.If you will eat smart then you will look smart.Don't eat fat and sweet things.The best diet foods are Fresh Food,Vegetables and White Eggs.Water is the most important thing.Drink more than 30 glass in a day.For a beautiful and healthy body,Water is the main part.At the night time,eat little.Because after that you go to bed and don't walk to much.So this is not a good thing.

6.
