Hidetada Yamagishi was born on June 30,1973 in small town of Japan named Hokkaido.His birth place is a very beautiful place of Japan.Since his childhood he was in all kind of games like Kungfu,Football,Gymnastic and Soccer.He was an active child,who became today Champion.His most favorite game is Rugby.When he was in college he started bodybuilding.His genetics were superb and his body was so skinny.Therefore It didn't take much time to make a Very good sound Body.He started weight lifting also.The passion and motivation of Hidetada Yamagishi was increasing day by day,When he came to the universty,he competed for the first time and won the title of International College Competition.This victory was a very great motivation for him.He started working more hard.After that he came to the International field as a professional Bodybuilder.He won a lot of competitions.Due to his hard work he became a personal trainer of a gym.Hidetada Yamagishi is looking for Mr.Olympia top ten titles.We wish him best of luck for future.
