1.Close Grip Bench Press 4 Sets,12-15 Reps
2.Pushdowns 3 Sets,15 Reps
3.Barbell French Press 3-4 Sets,10-15 Reps
4.Tricep Dumbell Extentions 3 Sets,12-15 Reps
